Melanie & Paul Engagement Session
What can I say about these two? Not only did they brave the cold and snow but they did it so awesomely. I love the way they look at each other and you can tell they are in love. It was a very snowy Michigan day, and more snow was coming quickly. I shot their engagement session in less than and hour at Formar Nature Preserve in Burton (one of my favorite places to shoot a session). When I asked how Paul proposed, he simple said "well, I just asked her! and she said yes!" They are planning a simple wedding since they have been together so long. Melanie had a lot of cute ideas and I am glad we got to implement them with their style and even got some "guyish" shots with both them wearing their red wings jerseys. As a Detroit Red Wings fan myself, I couldn't wait to get home and edit these. Take a look at some of my favorites from their enagagement session.
